To cancel any Cloudy24 service, you must submit a cancellation request in writing. Accepted cancellation methods:
Upon receiving your request, we will confirm all necessary information with you via email and inform you in writing that your account has been cancelled. Your confirmation will include a ticket/tracking number for reference. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp support.
We require that cancellations be done through the registered email or portal to: (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing you are prepared for all files/emails to be removed, and (c) document the request. Files, emails, and account data may be removed immediately after a cancellation request is processed.
Cloudy24 offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on managed Shared Hosting and Reseller solutions for customers who paid the first invoice with a credit card or via a payment gateway. This guarantee applies only to plans with a billing cycle of 6 months or more.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your service activation, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Refunds are credited to your Cloudy24 account balance, which can be applied toward any other Cloudy24 service.
Price Lock Guarantee
The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We guarantee your renewal price is the same as your signup price — always.
To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee:
After the initial 7-day period, any request for a refund will be given on a pro-rated basis from when the refund was requested, subject to Cloudy24 cancellation agent review at the time the account is cancelled.
Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable per ICANN regulations. Once a domain is registered or renewed, no refund can be issued regardless of circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they want the domain before completing the purchase.
Domain renewal notices and invoices are provided as a courtesy reminder. Cloudy24 cannot be held responsible for failure to renew a domain or failure to notify a customer about a domain's upcoming renewal. Domain renewals are billed and renewed 7 days before the renewal date.
Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day refund period for Shared and Reseller accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the billing period expires. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 7 days will be refunded on a pro-rated basis of any unused time, at Cloudy24's discretion.
Upon cancellation (except for abuse-related terminations), customers have 7 days from the cancellation/termination date to request a data export. After this period, all account data including files, databases, emails, and backups is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Cloudy24 is not liable for any data loss resulting from account cancellation or termination. Customers are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all data before initiating a cancellation.
Cloudy24 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:
In cases of Cloudy24-initiated cancellations for policy violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining prepaid period.
